Do you dare to spend a whole night watching horror films? This Friday, June 13, 2025 there will be a late-night movie marathon with Stephen King story films. A total of four films will be shown throughout the night. Admission is free.
What better way to spend Friday the 13th than watching horror movies, right? The José Martí Cultural Center has prepared a film series called “From the mind of Stephen King”, in which the films will be screened:
- Cemetery of the Damned (1989)
- Misery (1990)
- The Mist (2007)
- 1408 (2007)
All about the nightly movie marathon on Stephen King’s stories
The event will begin at 10:00 pm on Friday, June 13. Please arrive early as there will be no access after that time. The movie marathon will last until 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14. That’s right: you will spend the whole night watching horror movies.
The best part is that you can bring your favorite food or snack. The only thing that will not be allowed is alcoholic beverages. The screenings will be continuous in the same room. Once the screenings begin you will be able to leave but not re-enter, so take this into account and organize your visit to the event.
Remember that the José Martí Cultural Center is located at Dr. Mora 1, Centro, in the Cuauhtémoc district.
