When will be the Tamale Fair at the National Museum of Popular Cultures?
As we mentioned before, this gastronomic fair will last five days: from January 29 to February 2, 2026. You will be able to visit it from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. It will arrive just in time for Candlemas Day with plenty of traditional recipes for all tastes.
It is important to mention that this is the 32nd edition of this fair, which is already a tradition at the fairgrounds! The venue will be the National Museum of Popular Cultures (Av. Hidalgo 289, Del Carmen, Coyoacán).
Admission is free, but the tamales and other products you will find will have different costs. Indulge your palate and enjoy different types of tamales. You will find everything from traditional recipes to tamales you have never tried before. Each year a wide variety of this dish is offered, so go with time to try everything that will be there calmly.
