There will be four days of flavor: from January 30 to February 2; the perfect place if you got the kid in the rosca de Reyes.
The Macroplaza will bring together concinerxs and tamale producers. The objective is to represent the gastronomic culture of Iztapalapa, around this emblematic dish.
Bring a lot of hunger, because in addition to the classic preparations, you will enjoy original versions. In previous editions more than 100 different recipes have been presented.
Through social networks, the demarcation made a call to local tamale producers to participate in this CDMX fair. In it, it asked them to present a menu with fair prices, so your pocket won’t suffer in this feast.
