If you’re a fan of the Fab Four and are looking for a great thing to do in September, you’ll be thrilled to know that Cenart will be screening films about The Beatles. The films will introduce you to their history, far beyond their musical legacy.
This event is presented by the Arts Library Film Club and is titled “Yeah, Yeah, The Beatles.” It is a film series that will be shown every Friday in September (September 4, 11, 18, and 25) with different screenings.
The screenings will take place in the Library’s Multipurpose Room at 5:00 p.m. Please note that admission is restricted to those 15 years of age and older; admission is free, and seating is limited to 30 people, so we recommend arriving well in advance to ensure you get a seat.
The program kicks off on September 4 with the film *Yesterday* ( 2019). On September 11, the feature-length documentary *Paul McCartney: Get Back* ( 1991) will be screened, and on September 18, it’s the turn of *My Name Is John Lennon* (2009). Finally, on September 25, the band’s film debut, *A Hard Day’s Night* (1964), will be shown.
