What is this contemporary version about?
Under the direction of Rodrigo González and with the talent of La Infinita Compañía, each performance feels like a sensory journey between dance, music and the mystical atmosphere of the Castle.
What is most exciting and differentiating is that this version is told from the point of view of the antagonist, the Black Swan himself.
The story is inspired by an ancient Germanic legend, where a group of young people are transformed into swans by the magician Von Rothbart, and only eternal love can break the enchantment.
With a broader vision of love and human emotions, the work takes Tchaikovsky’s classic and transforms it into a powerful, fresh and totally immersive experience.
