Prepare your appetite to taste representative dishes from Mexico’s 32 states! So will be Fogones de México 2025, a festival of traditional Mexican cuisines in the CDMX.
This gastronomic event promises a journey of flavors throughout Mexico. There will be a tasting of 96 dishes that are part of the culture and culinary identity of each state.
There will be 110 traditional cooks participating, who will delight us with recipes prepared with ingredients from their region. Fresh products from the countryside will be highlighted.
When will the festival on traditional Mexican cuisine be held?

The comilona will take place from November 14 to 16, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Fogones de México is a gastronomic project in which, every week, a traditional cook is featured. Diners enjoy an unlimited menu made up of dishes from different regions of the country.
Here you can also eat without restrictions, so we recommend you go hungry to try the 96 dishes available.
How much does it cost to attend Fogones de México 2025?

Like other festivals, tickets will be sold in phases. Here is the price list:
- Phase one, from August 19 to September 16: $1,200.
- Phase two, from September 17 to October 10: $1,500.
- Phase three, October 11 to 31: $1,700.
- General sale, November 1-16: $2,100.
Your ticket includes unlimited tasting of all dishes, plus access to the themed pavilions.
The event will feature artistic performances, such as musical and dance presentations. There will also be distilled spirits for sale, as well as handicrafts.
What do the thematic pavilions consist of?

Each pavilion deals with a different theme. There are four pavilions dedicated to cocoa and chocolate, corn and tortillas, another on culinary techniques and one on Mexican beverages.
