This weekend is a long weekend, so it’s a good pretext to go out and have fun together. If you still haven’t decided where to celebrate Children’s Day in CDMX, that’s okay, because here are some options.
While there will be many events in the CDMX during these days (including activities in each city hall), these places can be perfect to take the kids, because they offer fun all year round.
Utopia Boat
Attention, sailors, it’s time to set sail. In mid-April, the Utopia Boat was inaugurated. If you haven’t visited it yet, Children’s Day may be a good pretext to do so.
During your visit, don’t miss the digital aquarium, where you can interact with more than 60 marine species. In addition, at the top of the enclosure you will find a navigation simulator where you will feel like the captains of the ship.

Kidzania
Here the little ones will spend a day full of activities. It is an interactive city where they can explore different careers and jobs; they will even learn how money is handled. You can get tickets online or directly at the ticket office.
📍Cuicuilco (Plaza Cuicuilco Inbursa, Avenida San Fernando 649, colonia Peña Pobre, alcaldía Tlalpan). On April 29 and 30 it will be open from 11:00 to 19:00 hours. Prices: children from 2 to 3 years old pay $210; children from 4 to 16 years old pay $425 and adults pay $210.
📍Santa Fe (Centro Santa Fe, Avenida Vasco de Quiroga 3800, Local 92, colonia Santa Fe, alcaldía Cuajimalpa. Open on weekends from 11:00 to 19:00 hours. Prices: children from 1 to 16 years old pay $425; and adults pay $210.
Magic Ranch
In this place everyone will have a great time with all the activities offered. There is a zip line, bolodrome (where you will enter a giant sphere), archery, crazy spheres and much more. There are also workshops and areas where they can interact with animals.
On the occasion of Children’s Day 2023 the place will have special prices. On April 29 and 30, as well as on May 1, children up to 12 years of age will pay only $150. Please note that this only applies at the ticket office and children must present a document confirming that they are under 12 years of age.

Inbursa Aquarium
We’ll swim, we’ll swim. The Inbursa Aquarium is always a good place to visit with children. They will learn about more than 350 species of marine animals, including sharks, salamanders and even penguins. During their tour they will discover facts about these marine creatures and the ecosystem in which they live.

Mockocity
It’s time to play! This space is dedicated to children from six months to eight years old. There are educational games, dolls and many other attractions for children to let their imagination run wild and explore.

🎟️Cuponera $999 and includes 10 hours of gameplay.
Tezozómoc Park
This park is a good option to spend the day with the family on any date; however, during Children’s Day it will have a special event.
From April 28 to 30 there will be live shows such as Bely y Beto.

Joaquín Gallo Planetarium
Let’s travel to space! The Joaquín Gallo Planetarium offers projections on weekends. In addition, during these days there will be a galactic bazaar on the occasion of Children’s Day. You will be able to buy astronomy-related products, participate in workshops and watch space shows.

🎟️La entrance to the event is free; but some activities have a cost. For example, the rocket workshop costs $150 per child.
Las Américas Farm
In addition to offering activities for children and adults to have fun, this space seeks to raise awareness about the importance of taking care of our environment and the beings that live in it. There are workshops, mazes and even a mine.
