This incredible exhibition comes from New York, as it has been organized by the American Museum of Natural History, and brought to Mexico with the help of Coppel Foundation A.C., and was already temporarily at the Museum of Natural History last year.
Now it returns to Museo Yancuic, which is located at Ermita Iztapalapa 2325, Los Angeles, Iztapalapa, just a few steps from Metro Constitución.
About Sharks at the Yancuic Museum
What is this incredible exhibition about? Well, here you will discover more about the importance of these beautiful and misunderstood animals in the marine ecosystem; you can even see a replica of the giant jaw of a megalodon!
The tour consists of four modules where you will learn more about the evolution of the species, the diversity of sharks that inhabit the seas, the characteristics of each one and the importance of their conservation.
You will find shark embryos, video projections and incredible images of Discovery’s Shark Week. And the best part? It is a perfect exhibition to go with kids, because it is never too early to learn more about the amazing animals that inhabit our planet.
You can visit the exhibition from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00 hours. Remember that admission is free, and although this museum is dedicated to children, the truth is that it is a space that people of all ages will enjoy.
