Aki Matsuri is a traditional festival that celebrates the rice harvest and the beginning of a new season. Different Japanese cultures usually perform a ritual to ask for a new year of abundance.
This 2025 in the CDMX there will be a version with activities for the whole family, from Eisa dance shows to karaoke contest and a catwalk of yokai creatures.
You will also meet different personalities visiting us from Japan, such as Komaki (Sugizo’s drummer), the group Delightful Enchanting Lovely Angels and Taichi Hikida, a musician who participated in the production of One Piece.

How much are tickets for the Japanese Autumn Festival 2025?
Tickets are on sale now and cost $100 for adults and $50 for children ages 4-11. Please note that this rate is valid until November 28; during the days of the event, tickets will cost $150 for adults and $80 for children.
You can purchase your tickets at physical ticket offices or online. The latter option generates service charges.
