If you enjoy classical music, you surely already know that the Minería Symphony Orchestra’s 2026 Summer Season is about to begin, and one of its most anticipated performances is the gala featuring Beethoven’s *Missa Solemnis *.
Under the baton of artistic director Carlos Miguel Prieto, the ensemble will perform the Closing Gala alongside the Minería Symphony Choir, prepared by choral director Samuel Pascoe. The program’s cast features soprano Jennifer Rowley, mezzo-soprano Guadalupe Paz, tenor Kameron Lopreore, and bass Harold Wilson.
The performances will take place in the Silvestre Revueltas Hall at the Ollin Yoliztli Cultural Center (CCOY), located at Periférico Sur 5141, Isidro Fabela, in the Tlalpan district.
It is worth noting that only three performances are scheduled: Friday, August 28, at 8:00 p.m.; Saturday, August 29, at 8:00 p.m.; and Sunday, August 30, at 12:00 p. m.
How much do tickets cost?
Online ticket prices range from $992 to $1,488, plus service fees. You can also purchase tickets at the box office at the Sala Silvestre Revueltas, which will be open only two hours before the event.
Don’t worry if you can’t attend the Minería Symphony Orchestra’s masterful performance of Beethoven ’s *Missa Solemnis* ; remember that this concert will serve as the grand finale to the season, which begins on July 3 with musical performances paying tribute to great composers.
