Tenderness has taken over Three Kings Day! The “Cap irosca” is the themed recipe that pays tribute to the cute animals. And, yes, little capybaras are hidden among the fluffy bread.
This preparation is the work of Rulce Panadería, a small establishment that has surprised us with the creativity of its creations.
This edition gives a twist to the traditional rosca de reyes with a version that combines brioche bread, vanilla and chocolate crust, walnut summit, dulce de leche and crystallized orange.
Two sizes are available: the individual capirosca, which hides a capybara figure and costs $100, and the eight-serving rosca with two capybara figures, a baby God figure and a king magician capybara cookie. The latter costs $650.
