Tequila goes very well with chocolate and you will confirm it at the Museum Night in July! The Chocolate Museum, MUCHO, will have activities that bring together these two elements of Mexican gastronomy. You can’t miss it!
Let’s remember that this month marks the National Tequila Day. The celebration will be with a pairing tasting in which you will discover different profiles of chocolate and tequila.
This activity has a cost of $250 per person and takes place at different times: 18:30, 19:30 and 20:30. Please note that a maximum of 40 people can participate in each time slot.
Do you want to learn how to make chocolate? do it, but with a metate! The museum offers a chocolate workshop on metate, where you will discover how to use this Mesoamerican tool.
There are only two workshops available, at 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. This activity has a cost of $200 per person; there is a maximum of 40 participants per session.
To join any of these activities you must register in advance by sending an email to educacion@mucho.org.mx.
In addition to tequila and chocolate, there will be son jarocho at MUCHO during the Night of Museums.

It’s worth noting that you can enter the museum without joining the special activities. In fact, there will be guided tours of the museum. They will be at 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00 hours, and you can join 25 people per schedule.
And there will be music! At 8:00 p.m., the Ceiba Sonera concert of son jarocho will be presented. This show has a capacity of 35 people.
Remember that admission to MUCHO is $80. Children, students, teachers and senior citizens with INAPAM pay $55.
If you are a chocolate or tequila lover, go to Milán 45 in Colonia Juárez this Wednesday, July 30.
