Christmas 2025 can even be felt on the palate! This weekend you can enjoy traditional Christmas food at Los Pinos. Prepare your hunger and unlock memories of family cooking.
It should be noted that each recipe represents different regions of Mexico; they are prepared by traditional cooks, so you will discover faithful preparations and many of them from family or community heritage.
The dishes present are:
🦗 Quesadillas with insects and Christmas punch from Calpulalpan, Tlaxcala.
🫔 Buñuelos, bean tamales and pumpkin atole from Zongolica, Veracruz.
🌽 Tlacoyos of purple corn from Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico.
🍗 Tlayudas, molotes and garnachero chicken from Juchitán, Oaxaca.
🎄 Romeritos, tortitas de siete semillas and other Christmas stews from Tláhuac, Mexico City.
Please note that this menu will only be available on December 13 and 14, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The Cocinas de Humo Christmas meal is part of the Los Pinos Christmas Party. It is a free event that will have activities for the whole family.
In addition, there will be an expo-sale with clay pieces, textiles, Christmas ornaments and more; ideal if you are looking for the gift of exchange.
