Christmas Verbena 2025 in the Zócalo of CDMX starts this Saturday, December 20!
In this edition you will enjoy a lot of activities, exhibitions and free cultural shows.
Highlights include illuminated installations, such as the world’s largest tunnel of lights. There will also be three luminous Christmas trees of poinsettias and 14 illuminated figures, which represent Mexican toys.
There will also be a giant nativity scene and a forum where concerts, storytelling and pastorelas will be presented.
Finally, there will be “Artesanos en el Corazón”, a bazaar that brings together more than 120 exhibitors who will offer different pieces; it will undoubtedly be an ideal place to find the perfect gift.
Remember that the Christmas Eve 2025 will be until January 4 in the Zócalo of the CDMX.

Free concerts in the Zócalo for Christmas
As we told you, there will be free musical concerts where you can enjoy rock, cumbia and other genres. The confirmed groups are: Los Cardenales de Nuevo León, Las víctimas del Dr. Cerebro, Carolina Ross, Sonido Barrio Norte, Los Askis, La Coreañera, La Barranca, Los Amantes de Lola, Los Kcomxtles and Cecilia Toussaint are some of them.
