This will be the route for the 2026 Day of the Dead night ride in Mexico City
Originally, this year’s route was supposed to be 13 km long; however, after some adjustments, the final map was released. It will start at the Fuente de Petróleos and will be 26 km long. Once riders reach Caballito, the route will split into two branches: one heading toward the Glorieta de Cuitláhuac and the other toward the Historic Center, in the vicinity of Izazaga.
Along the route, you’ll find amenities such as restrooms and bike repair services in case your bike needs them. There will also be medical services available at various points. Here’s the complete route. Don’t forget to wear a helmet and follow the directions at all times.
On Paseo de la Reforma, you’ll find other activities such as illuminated Day of the Dead figures, an exhibition of monumental alebrijes, and a cempasúchil flower festival. There’s plenty to see along that avenue these days.
