The Day of the Dead is a holiday that will be celebrated in a big way at the Ex Hacienda de Chautla this 2025, with monumental installations, catrinas and even illuminated trajineras! The Catrinerías experience is about to begin and you will love to experience it with your family.
If you still don’t know this complex, the Day of the Dead is the perfect time to do it; it will welcome you with an allusive decoration in which the giant ofrendas stand out.

You will be able to enjoy traditional legends such as the Llorona and the Nahual, in an immersive format. The decoration will make you feel the energy of this celebration; there will be sculptures of catrinas and the lake will be illuminated with trajineras.
And if horror experiences are your thing, you can enter a house of scares. Among the installations is a wall of memories that pays tribute to those who have passed away. There will also be a craft pavilion and a gastronomic area.
It should be noted that Catrinerías will be open for a short season: from October 10 to November 2. Consider that general admission costs $50 for adults and $20 for children.
