Nosebuds of all colors, sizes and shapes! The Perfume Museum presents a new exhibition entitled “Nasevo, Nose of Noses”. It is a collection of the artist Ernesto Ventós, where the nose is the central axis of the pieces.
The exhibition will take you to a reflection on how smell is an essential sense for the perception of reality and the world around us. The exhibition is composed of sculptures based on the shape of the nose. It should be noted that the works were elaborated with different techniques.
This collection was developed by Enrnesto Ventós, better known as Nasevo. At the age of 17, together with his father, he became a perfumer and expert in the field of scents and aromas. In the 1960s he worked in the Grasse factory (France), which allowed him to make formulas and develop his olfactory memory.
Nasevo was deaf so smell was crucial to perceive reality and appreciate art. He imagined the aromas of the works that seemed most amazing to him!🎨 Through this exhibition you will manage to combine smell with art, two elements that seem unrelated.
Until when can you see this exhibition of noses at the Perfume Museum?
