If like us you enjoy good food in CDMX, this plan is for you. It’s called Culinaria MX; its first edition will be dedicated to the delights of Chilean gastronomy and will be held in the Historic Center, a few meters from the Metropolitan Cathedral. 🤤
During Saturday and Sunday there will be food stands; the tastiest recipes that Mexico City has to offer. Also, there will be tastings, masterclasses and other activities with a cultural focus. Although the food will be there for a couple of days, the activities start on Friday (🗓️ from January 24 to 26).
For example: photographic exhibitions, film screenings, talks, workshops and book presentations. Of course, everything related to food: feminist restaurateurs, ferments and preservation techniques are just some of the topics that will be addressed. 👩🏽🍳
How can I attend the Centro Historico’s Chilanga Gastronomy Festival?
First let’s talk about the costs; there are three accesses. The general pass (per day) costs $50 and $100 for the three days of the festival. Also, there is an access with which you can enter all three days for $50 plus a donation. It can be a book, a piece of art, food in good condition and even plants.
Register your attendance here. Remember that the program starts at 10:00 (11:00 on Saturday) and ends at 19:00. The Museo Fundación Herdez is located at 📍 República de Cuba 43, Centro Histórico.
