Those experiencing episodes of anxiety, stress, depression, sadness, or other emotional situations can attend the free psychological counseling modules, a service that is now available in the Mexico City Metro.
This program is called Salvemos vidas (Let’s Save Lives) and is available to all users of the Collective Transportation System, who will receive professional support on mental health issues.
The brigades started on January 19 and will last for approximately 23 weeks . Please note that the care modules are itinerant, so they will be on a different line each week, Monday through Thursday, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
On which Metro lines will free psychological counseling be available?

This service will be available on Lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, and 12. No prior registration is required; just show up on the days and times mentioned above. You can find the schedule of modules here.
If you are unable to attend but are interested in psychological support, we recommend visiting the permanent Salvemos Vidas module. It is located on the first floor of the Juárez station on Line 3, which is located at Balderas 58.
