If you ride your bike around town or want to start doing so, this plan may interest you. There will be a free bicycle workshop at UNAM where you will learn the basics of mechanics to keep your bike in good condition and ride more safely.
The activity is organized by the University Coordination for Sustainability, with the aim of promoting sustainable mobility habits on campus and helping more people learn how to take care of their bikes.

During the sessions, you will learn some of the most important aspects of bicycle maintenance. For example, how to check and adjust brakes, understand how gears work, repair tires, and perform basic general maintenance tasks.
In addition to theory, the workshop also includes hands-on practice with tools. The idea is for you to learn how to use bicycle repair tools, identify common problems, and make simple adjustments that can save you from having to take your bike in for repairs when something goes wrong while you’re riding.
