October has arrived with plans to bring out your most creative side. Chapultepec Forest will host free Day of the Dead and Halloween workshops where you can create everything from papel picado to mini catrinas, ghosts, and little skulls.
The activities will take place on various weekends in October at locations in the First Section, such as the Audiorama, the Botanical Garden, and the Calzada Juventud Heroica. Best of all, all the workshops will be free.

This celebration will take place at Paseo de los Compositores and Lago Mayor, in the Second Section of the park. The announced program includes a large-scale experience called “El Sendero del Cempasúchil, ” as well as artistic performances, music, dance, food, altars, and a nighttime drone show.
