The August Night of Museums in CDMX comes with an unmissable proposal for mystery and history lovers: a theatricalized tour about vampires at the Museum of the Inquisition.
Next Wednesday, August 27, this museum will open its doors to offer a unique show in which three Mexican vampires will share with the audience the story that made them “Legend”.
The atmosphere of the museum, full of enigmas and dark stories, becomes the ideal setting to relive traditions that combine fiction, myth and historical memory.
The experience will be part of the special program of the Night of Museums CDMX, which month after month invites visitors to rediscover cultural spaces in a different and immersive way.
In this August edition, the Museo de la Inquisición Noche de Museos promises to transport the public to an out-of-the-ordinary evening, where theater and legend intertwine.
The event will have two performances with a limited capacity of 40 people per time slot, which ensures an intimate and close atmosphere with the characters.
The first will begin at 7:00 pm and the second at 8:30 pm, with tickets at $280 MXN general admission and a special price of $250 MXN for children 10 to 14 years old and adults with INAPAM credentials.
Reservations can only be made via WhatsApp at 56 4643 6259 and 55 6198 1223, so it is recommended to reserve a place in advance, since the demand for these activities is usually high.
Can you visit the Museum of the Inquisition on another day?
Yes! If you want to visit the museum, but you can’t attend the special tour, don’t worry! You can visit it every day from 10:00 to 18:00 hours.
General admission is $90 pesos. Students, teachers, INAPAM and children from 7 to 13 years old are $65 pesos.
The Museum of the Inquisition, Trials and Torture is located at Tacuba 76, almost on the corner of Palma, in the Historic Center of Mexico City.
