If you’ve ever dreamed of walking through a village inspired by medieval fantasy, surrounded by hobbits, elves, and magical creatures, mark your calendar because the La Comarca 2026 Festival has already announced its fifth edition. This themed event will return to the Club Campestre Teotihuacán with two days full of shows, music, cuisine, and activities for the whole family.
During the festival, you’ll be able to explore a fantasy village inspired by legendary worlds, meet characters from Middle-earth, and enjoy a program that includes hobbit dances, orc shows, Celtic and folk music, as well as fairy shows, light shows, aerial dance, and juggling.
There will be costume contests, elven weddings, and a magical bazaar
One of the main attractions will be the costume contest for people of all ages. There will be categories for adults and children, so you can attend dressed as your favorite character and compete for prizes such as medieval kits, photo shoots, and one-year memberships to the Mundo Medieval festivals.
In addition, the event will feature elven weddings, fantasy performances, themed exhibits, and a magical artisan bazaar where you’ll find items inspired by fantasy worlds, handicrafts, and products made by independent creators.
Music, mead, and activities for the whole family
The experience will also feature culinary options with artisanal food and drinks, as well as La Comarca Hidromiel for those who want to try this traditional beverage associated with medieval culture.
The venue features spacious green areas, gardens, a lake, covered areas, and shaded spaces, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the outdoors. There will also be a play area for all ages, and the event is pet-friendly, so your pets are welcome. There will even be a special costume contest just for them.
