Prepare your hunger and all your desire to learn more about the gastronomy of our country, because this January the Fogones de México festival returns.
This event is a taste of the culinary richness of Mexico, especially the traditional cuisines. Bring a lot of hunger, because 32 cooks will gather here to share with you their culture, family heritage and knowledge.
In total there will be 96 different dishes, from which you will be able to choose eight. Get ready to discover regional ingredients, products from the countryside and preparations that boast different techniques.
While you eat delicious food, you can enjoy dance performances and live music.
The festival will have four gastronomic pavilions dedicated to corn, cocoa, ancestral beverages and ferments, as well as traditional techniques. There will be one more pavilion where you will find handicrafts.
As if that were not enough, there will be a cantina area where you can enjoy cocktails, which is not included in your entrance ticket.
