This year, the famous Mexicráneos 2025 exhibition is moving forward to the summer and will transform the Ecological Park of Xochimilco into an open-air museum full of color, culture and Day of the Dead tradition.
Could it be that we can almost smell the cempasúchil? This year seems to have gone faster than the previous ones and the announcements about the big events for the second half of the year have begun to be revealed: The Mega Day of the Dead Offering in the Zócalo, the Mega Catrinas Procession and even the Alebrijes Exhibition.
Undoubtedly one of the most awaited is to know where the long-awaited exhibition of the Mexicráneos will be, as it has been in Paseo de la Reforma, the Bicentennial Park, in the Bosque de Aragón and now you will find it in a new venue surrounded by nature.
The Ministry of the Environment has revealed that this year there will be 105 monumental skulls created by Mexican artists. The designs celebrate Mexican identity and art, all inspired by the Day of the Dead!
This exhibition is commonly associated with November celebrations. However, its itinerant essence allows us to enjoy it in different places throughout the year.
