Many restaurants in Mexico, although they did not receive a Star, are on the list of Michelin recommendations that you can consult here.
However, it is very important to mention that the 88 restaurants in Mexico that were recommended by the Michelin Guide last year are still on the list, and new ones have joined it, so now there are 108 in total!
And don’t worry if you still don’t know what the Stars mean, because here we break it down. Tell us, which restaurants would you give this recognition to?
