Three Michelin Stars is the highest recognition for a restaurant.

In addition to Stars, the Michelin Guide gives Bib Gourmand recognition to places that offer good value for money.
It also awards Green Stars to kitchens that maintain a commitment to the environment and sustainability.
It should be noted that the awards are given to luxurious places, haute cuisine, as well as simple or austere places.
Michelin Guide 2025 in Mexico
This Tuesday, June 3, will be the Michelin ceremony in Mexico City. It is the second year that Stars will be awarded to Mexican restaurants, so there are high expectations.
