Day of the Dead is getting closer and we can already smell the copal and the cempasúchil petals of the ofrendas. Now, on the occasion of the season, Consentidos Bazaar will hold Mictlánimal, we tell you about it!
This bazaar that brings together rescuers, puppies for adoption and good deeds is back with its Day of the Dead edition and we couldn’t be more excited.
Mictlánimal is an event that seeks to honor the memory of all the animals that have transcended in a way that they can be remembered with love.
This edition will take place on October 26 and 27 and you can enjoy it from 10:00 to 19:00 hours in Alameda del Sur, Coyoacán, right in the parking lot located on Bombas Avenue.
What will be in Mictánimal?
Mictlánimal will have the presence of guest rescuers, a catwalk for adoptions and a Halloween costume contest on both days at 4:00 pm.
There will also be a bazaar area where you can get many products for your furry friends and there will be two free workshops:
- Canine education
- Mourning for the loss of an animal
The best part? There will be a mega ofrenda where you can take the photo of your furry friend who has passed away and put it to be part of this incredible way of remembering them with love.
The entrance to this event is 100% free. However, you are invited to bring kibble to donate, as the goal is to reach 1 ton of kibble as a collection.
