The buffet plan in Mexico City to celebrate Mother’s Day 2026 is out!
Next Sunday, May 10, 2026, Rulfo restaurant ( inside the Hyatt Regency Mexico City) will present a special edition of its buffet. The restaurant will extend its usual service hours, operating from 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to offer an extended brunch experience. Yes, that little chat with your mom now has a place to happen.
The menu features a variety of dishes to suit every taste:
To start. You can choose from traditional options such as pork rind gorditas, pambazos, chicken tinga flautas, carnitas, tamales, and glazed pork belly.
Warm flavors. You’ll have access to barbacoa and seafood broths, as well as grilled marinated chicken and charro beans.
The personal touch. Accompany your dishes with a variety of apple and habanero chili sauces, guacamole, nopal salad, roasted chilies, and colorful tortilla chips.
