The Kimpton Virgilio boutique hotel, located in the Polanco neighborhood, has announced a special brunch fornext Sunday, May 10, 2026. The event will take place at La Caña, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Bring your appetite, because you’ll be able to choose freely from four options designed to suit every taste: the pasta station will feature different varieties, such as tagliatelle and stuffed ravioli, with a choice of sauces and optional proteins.
The salad bar will feature seasonal vegetables, cheeses, Serrano ham, anchovies, and dressings like balsamic vinaigrette or truffle honey, while the grill will serve up a variety of cuts prepared to order: picanha, arrachera, and New York strip, along with salmon, octopus, and shrimp.
All this while enjoying the spring weather in the hotel’s outdoor setting.
