If you were looking for a unique way to wrap up Book Month, you’re going to love this edition of Museum Night. The Franz Mayer Museum is preparing a themed experience where stories come to life… literally.
“Once Upon a Time… Costume Party at the Franz” is the perfect event to let your imagination run wild, put on your best literary outfit, and enjoy a night full of cultural, creative, and super fun activities.
A night to become your favorite character
During this special edition of Museum Night, you can explore the venue dressed as your favorite literary character and participate in activities centered around literature.
There will be a costume contest, special workshops, guided tours, live performances, a rally through the exhibitions, and even a book swap to refresh your personal library. Additionally, there will be poetry readings and activities designed for all ages.
One of the highlights of the night will be the chance to get your Bizbirije-style ID card, thanks to a collaboration with Canal Once and Once Niñas y Niños.
And here’s a tip: if you and your companion come in costume, you can take advantage of a special 2-for-1 ticket promotion , so it’s the perfect excuse to make plans with friends or family.
Your ticket also includes access to the museum’s exhibitions, such as “They Wanted a House; I Proposed Creating a Home” and “Crafts of Ink: Alí Kazma,” so you can take the opportunity to explore the entire venue.
