The ninth artistic evening of the year is about to begin! Here is a list of the activities you can enjoy during the September 2025 Museum Night, which one will you join?
1. Estanquillo Museum
If you like jazz, you will surely love to visit this venue that organized a listening party, with music by Mr. Culcat and Barreto. These artists will play Latin American jazz on the museum’s terrace. Access costs $250 per person.
There will also be other outdoor activities, such as guided tours of the exhibition Visual Bipolarity and Roberto Ruiz. Giant of the miniature.

Perfume Museum
This venue will be in retro mode, with a tribute concert to The Beatles, which has a limited capacity and costs $35 per person. In addition, there will be a free tour of the museum and a 60s scent tasting.

3. Yancuic Museum
The hits of two great idols on the same stage! On September’s Noche de Museos there will be a tribute concert to José José and Juan Gabriel in a rock show. Seating is limited to 28o people, so we recommend you anticipate your arrival.

4. Museum of Fine Arts
The patriotic month is not over yet and at the Palacio de Bellas Artes there will be a concert of mariachis along with the choir of the Ballet Folklorico de Mexico de Amalia Hernandez. If you like Mexican music, you can’t miss it. Consider that the seating capacity is 80 people maximum.

5. Franz Mayer Museum
The most fun night of all is at the Franz Mayer! In this museum there will be an event called “Chibinoche Kawaii”, where you will discover more about Japanese culture, but from a kawaii angle. There will be guided tours and even a workshop to create your Tamagotchi pet.

6. Direction of Cultural Diffusion of the IPN
Free movies at the Museum Night in September! This time you will enjoy the Mexican film Como agua para chocolate (Like Water for Chocolate). Remember that space is limited to 150 people, so we recommend you arrive in advance.

7. Palace of Autonomy
If you want to learn to dance, join the tango class at the Palacio de la Autonomía. You will also enjoy a beautiful tango exhibition and an opera gala. Seating is limited to 100 people.

8. Foro Valparaíso
If you love chocolate, you already have a winning place for this Museum Night. At the Foro Valparaíso there will be a tasting of cocoa and chocolate called “From the origin to the table”. The capacity for this activity is 60 people.
In addition, there will be a thematic visit called “Miradas de la representación de lo femenino” (Views of the representation of the feminine), with space for 30 people. It is necessary to register your attendance via email (valparaiso@banamex.com).

9. Porrúa Bookstore
If you want to do something different, don’t miss Diego and Frida: A Universe at Porrúa in República de Argentina. This is an immersive experience where more than 300 photographs of these artists will be projected. It is a space that will activate your creativity with technology, lights and audio.

10. Xavier Villaurrutia Cultural Center
Get ready for a very Mexican drag show! With dance and a touch of comedy, some drag queens will perform Mexican songs of different genres, such as corridos and boleros. Consider that the capacity is for 50 people and no prior registration is required.
