The plan for the weekend is already set! If you still don’t know what to do these days and you feel like indulging your palate, take a look at the National Mole Fair 2025. This edition will be full of music and, of course, lots of food.
For almost a month you will have the opportunity to taste various mole dishes made with traditional recipes. This gastronomic fair will be held in San Pedro Atocpan, in the municipality of Milpa Alta. According to a press release from the Ministry of Tourism of the CDMX, this district produces about 50 thousand tons of mole every year.
In addition to tasting a wide variety of food, you can buy mole to prepare your own dishes at home. Take a look at all the details.
When will be the National Mole Fair 2025 in CDMX?
This gastronomic fair will take place from October 3 to 26. The date is in San Pedro Atocpan (Xochimilco-Oaxtepec highway km 17.5, Milpa Alta). According to the CDMX billboard, the entrance fee will be $20 from Friday to Sunday and free from Monday to Thursday.
Throughout the event you will find red mole, green mole, almendrado, pipián and more. The gastronomic variety will be extensive.
As for artistic and cultural activities, the fair will have several musical presentations. The complete program will be announced at a later date, but it is anticipated that artists such as Zona Rica, Inspector and more will be performing.
