There’s a new date to see the Moon on Paseo de la Reforma! Through its official accounts, the Mexico International Festival of Lights announced that the exhibition “Solo la luz, primavera” will remain open for a few more days.
The exhibition consists of 13 pieces distributed between the Angel of Independence and the Estela de Luz in Chapultepec. One of the most striking pieces is the enormous moon located near the Diana the Huntress fountain. Have your cell phone or camera ready because you’ll find plenty of spots to take photos.

Originally, the exhibition was scheduled to end on Sunday, March 29; however, it will be extended through Sunday, April 5, meaning you can visit it during Holy Week. Make the most of your vacation.
In addition, other pieces will be installed in this exhibition, such as Coatlicue, according to the organizers. You can view it all day long; however, the best time to do so is at night.
It’s a free exhibition. Just keep in mind that it tends to get crowded, especially around the Moon.
