1. Beyond Tutankhamun
You still have time to visit this exhibition! It is an immersive experience that will make you feel like you are in ancient Egypt. Through its different rooms you will discover the secrets of Tutankhamun and part of his treasures. It is worth mentioning that the exhibition will end in May, so we recommend you not to let more time pass and go see it.

2. Mi Amigo Robot at the Cineteca Nacional
The film tells the story of a dog that acquires a robot. The two become friends and live many adventures, until they are separated after a visit to the beach. The film is a journey through the value of friendship. Have you seen it yet? Go to the Cineteca to see it.

3. Candlelight tribute to Coldplay
This candlelight concert will feature Coldplay’s greatest hits such as “Yellow”, “Paradise”, “My Universe”, “Viva la vida” and many more. Enjoy a unique event while enjoying your favorite songs.

4. Exhibition of kites at MAP
If you haven’t visited this kite exhibition yet, we recommend you to hurry up, as it will end on April 23rd. You will see huge kites created by artists and artisans from different states of the country. Let yourself be enveloped by the color and creativity of this exhibition.

5. Juárez/Max exhibition. Reflection of two lives
Chapultepec Castle has a very kawaii exhibition that you can’t miss. Through dioramas it tells the story of the second Mexican empire, as well as the arrival and establishment of the Republic. You will see different characters such as Maximiliano, Benito Juarez, Margarita Maza and Carlota.

6. Ambulante documentary tour
Everything is more than ready for the 19th edition of this documentary tour. On this occasion, more than 90 titles from more than 23 countries will be presented. The event will be held in different states. As far as CDMX is concerned it will have at least 78 activities.

7. Madonna concert
Madonna will return to Mexico City during April. Her concerts were originally scheduled for January 2024; however, they were postponed for this month. Do you already have your tickets? Get ready to sing her greatest hits at the top of your lungs.

8. Paint in the dark
In this event you will bring out your artistic side in a unique way: with fluorescent paint. The best thing is that you will have the opportunity to paint whatever you want, so let your imagination fly. During the event you will be offered a drink, which can be soda, wine or beer. At the end you will be able to take your painting with you to decorate your home.

9. Wanz Fest
This is a festival where you will find a lot of art, music and more. This year’s edition will feature 70 projects and more than 20 musical artists, plus talks. There will also be talks, so don’t miss this event!

10. Aztlán Urban Park
The first part of Aztlán Parque Urbano is already up and running. So far there are two extreme rides, as well as several family and children’s attractions. Of course, there is no shortage of skill games. Its main attraction is the wheel of fortune, which is already in operation.

11. Children’s Day at Universum
Let’s celebrate Children’s Day with lots of science! At the end of April the event Girls and Boys Playing with Science returns, where there will be workshops, games, storytelling and more. The little ones will have lots of fun while learning.

12. LUM

13. San Marcos Fair
Let’s take a getaway to Aguascalientes! Artists performing at the Feria de San Marcos include Christina Aguilera, Enrique Iglesias, Carín León, Emmanuel y Mijares, Bronco, Yuridia and many more.

14. Interpol concert in the Zocalo
In April we will have a free concert in the Zócalo! Interpol will be performing songs like “All the Rage Back Home”, “Evil”, “C’mere”, “Narc”, “Slow Hands” and many more. Try to arrive early so you can reach a good spot.

15. Flower and Garden Festival
Mexico City will be filled with color with the Flower and Garden Festival. On this occasion, not only gardens will be highlighted, but also animals and insects that help maintain an ecological balance. The 2024 edition will have two venues: Polanco and Campo Marte.

16. Damien Hirst: Living Forever (for a moment)
This imposing sculpture of a pregnant woman has already gone viral on the internet. But the new exhibition at Museo Jumex includes other pieces that will surprise you.
The museum describes the author’s art as challenging, provocative and thoughtful. His works have been widely exhibited around the world and now we can see them in our city and at no cost.

17. Exhibition of dolls at Museo Casa Carranza
Be sure to visit the exhibition “Sueños en rosa, evolución de un ícono” (Dreams in pink, evolution of an icon). You will find Barbie dolls from different eras. The exhibition will be accompanied by workshops and talks. There will even be a talk about the movie Barbie.

18. Immersive exhibition Mosaic
This is an immersive exhibition that will take you to learn more about the history of Italy. It is composed of seven stations. In each one you will see emblematic mosaics, you will even get to know the Submerged Archaeological Park of Baia.

19. Cenart Children’s Day
Revoltoso Revoltoso is coming, a festival to celebrate Children’s Day 2024. There will be all kinds of activities for the little ones, including dance, exhibitions and even concerts and oral narrations. They’ll have the time of their lives.

20. Cuauhtémoc Children’s Day Race
In the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office a race was organized to celebrate Children’s Day. It has an extension of 2.5 kilometers and young people and children between 4 and 17 years old can participate. However, everyone must be accompanied by an adult. Registration has already begun.

21. Devil Comet
Comet 12P/Pons Brooks can already be seen in the sky; however, the best day to see it will be April 21. There’s a good chance it will be visible to the naked eye on that date – don’t miss it!

22. Giant animals Chapultepec
The giant animals of Chapultepec will stay for a few more months! Be sure to visit the six mega bats located in different parts of the forest. You will see different species of these animals. You can take pictures with these huge sculptures.

23. Creamilandia
This immersive experience is ideal for ice cream lovers. It offers everything from tastings to spots where you can take lots of pictures. Take a tour, it will only be available for a limited time. While admission is free, you must register before you go.
