Would you eat a burger drenched in “T-Rex blood”? Universum’s dinosaur menu features new dishes that bring the Jurassic experience right to your table. There are Dino Nuggets, dinosaur eggs, and even a drink that will make you “roar” with flavor.
The new offerings can be found at the Universum Restaurant, located inside Universum, the UNAM Science Museum, in Ciudad Universitaria. So, if you have kids who love dinosaurs, this place could be a great stop to round out your visit to the museum.

One of the stars is the burger stuffed with Roquefort cheese, served with Cajun onion rings, arugula, shoestring fries, and “T-Rex blood.” Don’t let the name scare you—it’s just BBQ sauce.
You’ll also find a crispy blue creole corn tortilla with refried beans, ground beef, yellow cheese, and Dino Nuggets. The dish is topped with tomato and a splash of color that mimics a small volcanic eruption.
Team sweet? The brownie hides anise-flavored “dinosaur eggs , ” a layer of pistachio and chocolate “jungle, ” and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
To go with it, there’s a special drink featuring a lime-lemon blend, refreshing bubbles, green apple pearls, and chamoy. As a Jurassic touch, it includes a “dinomordelón.”
Universum Restaurant: A Jurassic Stop at CU
