The chiles en nogada are a traditional dish that is usually eaten during the summer months august and september it is, in fact, very characteristic of the national holidays. There are many ways of eating them, including in the form of pizza.
where can you try nogada pizza?
To try this peculiar dish you just have to go to Anónimo, a specialty cuisine restaurant. This pizza was created by chef Klaus Albert Mayr.
You are probably wondering: what are the ingredients? Let us tell you that this dish is made with walnut, cream cheese, mozarrella and goat cheese, truffle honey and pomegranate. Of course, you can’t miss the beef and pork sofrito and poblano chiles.
As you can see, it is a different way of eating the traditional chiles en nogada. It is important to mention that this pizza will only be seasonal, so you have little time to go and try it.
