On this occasion, the majestic Mexico City Congress building will be adorned with the Grand Textile Gala, a display of threads, history, and mysticism under the theme “Celebrating our Oaxacan roots, traditions, and culture.”
As if that weren’t enough, the evening will feature a stellar performance by Italú Ñuu savi, ensuring a first-rate artistic experience for all attendees.
The event is this Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Remember that admission is free and does not require prior registration, but access is limited to a maximum capacity of 200 people.
The venue’s doors (with access via Allende and Tacuba streets) will open at 4:30 p.m., with the program officially beginning at 5:00 p.m. sharp. Arrive early, secure your spot, and be part of the fascinating Oaxacan Calenda Night in the Historic Center!
