Poetry Night 2026 in Mexico City already has a date and promises an unforgettable evening under the sky of the Juárez neighborhood.
On March 12, starting at 6:00 p.m., the esplanade of the Casa de Francia will become a meeting point for lovers of words, music, and transformative ideas.
This year, the theme guiding the evening will be “Metamorphosis, “ an open invitation to explore change, reinvention, and new beginnings through poetry.
The event not only brings together national talent, but also invites artists from Mexico, Haiti, France, Quebec, Canada, Switzerland, and Belgium, creating a multicultural dialogue that will enrich each performance.
An international outdoor poetry gathering

The magic of this event lies in its format: it will be held outdoors and admission is completely free, ideal for enjoying a relaxed evening with friends or a cultural date.
Throughout the afternoon and evening, there will be live readings, round tables, music, and discussions, in which different voices will share their most recent creations inspired by transformation.
And as is now tradition, there will be the eagerly awaited open mic, a space where anyone can take the floor and join in the celebration. So if you have verses tucked away in a drawer, this could be the perfect moment to give them a voice in front of an audience. Take a look at the full program.
