January is starting and that means only one thing! Yes, it’s time to break out the rosca de reyes and one of the best places to get delicious options is this Puebla fair.
The gastronomic event will celebrate its seventh edition in San Rafael Comac. Here bakeries, confectioners and experts in the preparation of this bread gather. You will find different recipes, flavors and versions that surprise us year after year.
Although many attendees choose the classic preparation, there are those who prefer a touch of originality. Filled with different flavors, with unthinkable toppings and in all possible sizes. There are also recipes prepared in a stone oven.
Of course, you will taste creations from local producers. It should be noted that there are 22 bakeries present with roscas ranging from $100 to $600. The sale will be from 🕛 9:00 to 21:00 during all days of the event ( 📆 January 3 to 7).
