These popsicles shaped like a puppy dressed up as a corn on the cob are taking the internet by storm!
They’re the creation of Ternufood, the stand in the Ramón López Velarde Garden that offers artisanal popsicles.
They’re shaped like a Pibble dog in an unexpected and adorable costume: a corn on the cob that you can top with ingredients that mimic shredded cheese, mayonnaise, and chili peppers that actually pack a punch.
The creation recreates the texture of corn kernels and is served with sweet toppings that mimic the traditional toppings of a street-style corn on the cob.
The main dessert, called Pibble Elotito, is made with natural corn ice cream and a white chocolate coating.
For 70 pesos, the popsicle is served ready to eat: vendors add condensed milk to mimic mayonnaise, shredded coconut or real cheese instead of the “table cheese,” and a mixture of chocolate with cinnamon or chili powder to replicate the spiciness.
The basic version, without toppings, costs 65 pesos.

The project, operated under the name Ternufood, also features different designs, bases, and textures of animals in costumes.
For example, the Pibble Patito variant wears a yellow hood and holds a small rubber duck in its hands.
This option is made with a base of ice cream, white chocolate, and cookies. It’s available in mango or banana-mango flavors. It also costs 65 pesos.
For those looking for a bread-based dessert, the Pibble Dinosaur version transforms the treat into a cake pop.
The popsicle is coated in hard green chocolate, which mimics the skin, and hides fillings ranging from Kinder Delice and Pingüino mini-cakes to Sponch cookies. This treat costs 80 pesos.
These popsicles are available exclusively on weekends.
Visitors can purchase the various designs on Saturdays and Sundays, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
