Have the following information at hand
For your report to be effective you must provide some information such as:
- Full name and email.
- Fault presented by the seismic alarm.
- Exact location of the loudspeaker (street, number, neighborhood, zip code, city, reference data).
- ID of the loudspeaker; it is a label found on the alarm pole. It has between 4 and 6 digits. Although it will help to locate the fault more quickly, it is not a necessary requirement.
