Are you a fan of superheroes? Then take note and set aside your weekend! Superman 42 animated shorts will be screened at the Cineteca Nacional. Don’t worry about anything because we bring you all the details.
The first animations of this superhero are known as Superman 42; they were created between 1941 and 1942 under the production and direction of Max Fleischer and Dave Fleischer respectively. It is worth mentioning that Fleischer Studios were also behind animations such as Betty Bop and Popeye.
Now you will have the opportunity to see these animated shorts on the big screen. The best thing is that the screenings will be available at two venues of the Cineteca. Are you going to miss them?
When will Superman 42 be screened at the Cineteca Nacional?
The screenings of Superman 42 will begin this Friday, June 20 at the Cineteca Nacional de México ( Avenida México Coyoacán 389, Xoco, Benito Juárez) and at the Cineteca Nacional de las Artes ( Avenida Río Churubusco 79, Country Club, Coyoacán).
You can buy your tickets through the venue’s official website. It is worth mentioning that nine episodes of these animated shorts will be screened. It is a great opportunity to see the first Superman animations on the big screen.
Details and times of the screenings will be announced at a later date. Remember that each screening at the Cineteca Nacional has a cost of $70 per person.
