Ballet is taking over CDMX’s cultural agenda this season, and the truth is, we’re not complaining. Especially now, because we’re going to be able to see Swan Lake in a dazzling ballet show? that also has live music!
It will be at the iconic El Cantoral auditorium, and there are tickets with all kinds of prices depending on the seat you choose: from $410 to $830. There are seating areas that are no longer available because they have sold out, so we recommend you reserve your seats before the ones you want are gone.
When will the ballet of Swan Lake be performed at El Cantoral?
With the string music of the Cuarteto Arcano, El Cantoral has already confirmed two dates to enjoy the ballet of Swan Lake: January 24 and April 30, 2026. And both dates have two possible sessions: in January you can go at 6:00 pm or 8:30 pm, and in April at 7:00 pm or 9:00 pm.
This is not “just another dance show”, but the opportunity to see one of the most famous ballets in the world with live music and in a unique atmosphere where the dancers are surrounded by thousands of warm candles. A must-see event with four performances in total!
Other ballet shows in CDMX
We bring good news for Tchaikovsky lovers, because we will be able to see the ballet of The Nutcracker in CDMX on December 13 and 14 at the Teatro de la Ciudad Esperanza Iris. For those looking for another ballet show based on classic fairy tales, the ballet of Sleeping Beauty will be performed at the Foro Interlomas. Tickets are almost sold out for its December 6 performances, but there are also tickets for January 31, February 28 and April 18.
Are you only interested in hearing the music of The Nutcracker live and not so much the ballet? There is a special Christmas concert that includes it and has two dates at El Cantoral: December 20 and 21.
