Food always has a story to tell and this time, the flavor will pay tribute to one of the most beloved actors of Mexican cinema. Get ready for a dinner in honor of Germán Valdés, Tin Tan, at the Kaluz Museum!
This is the Literary Dinners experience, which mixes art and culture with gastronomy. In other words, each dish represents the best of a book, character or movie.
The flavor that El rey del barrio had for dancing and comedy will be reflected in a menu of nine dishes. The recipes are inspired by the actor’s favorite food, as well as some of his songs.
What better place to eat this delicious dinner than at the Kaluz Museum. Let’s remember that this precinct of Novo-Hispanic architecture was a neighborhood at the beginning of the 20th century. Yes, the same one where Germán Valdés was born.
This literary dinner will recreate the glory nights of the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema; the Kaluz Museum will become a nightclub of the 50’s. There will be live music, swing and lots of nostalgia, as if you were in a black and white movie!
While the dishes arrive at the table, you will enjoy a theatrical show where you will learn about the history of the most famous pachuco of all times.
