Christmas magic is just around the corner! And so that you have everything ready for your Christmas tree this 2025, a little more than two and a half hours from Mexico City will be the Sphere Fair in the magical town of Tlalpujahua.
The artisans of this town are more than ready to welcome all Christmas lovers at this fair that will have creative, beautiful and many styles of spheres for the season.
When will be the Sphere Fair 2025?
Give yourself a Christmas getaway without having to travel many hours! In this municipality of Michoacán is about to begin the fair dedicated to the art of blown glass with incredible activities for all ages and an amazing variety of spheres.
From October 3 to December 15 you can visit the fair in Tlalpujahua, the Michoacan place considered one of the five most important sites worldwide for its production of Christmas spheres, according to the Ministry of Culture.
Here’s everything you could see at the Fair
In its 26th edition, this magnificent event will bring together 450 artisans from the area, according to the Casa de las Artesanías de Michoacán, so you can put together your Christmas tree with lots of originality and tradition.
In addition to exhibiting the popular Christmas ornaments, from the first days of the Fair there will be a beautiful wooden Christmas village that will be illuminated with the traditional lights of the season.
There will also be activities to learn more about the process of creating the spheres, a tradition that has passed from generation to generation in the families of Tlalpujahua.
There are still no dates for other activities, nor for the popular Christmas parade, but the Michoacán Secretary of Tourism informed that we will know the complete program very soon.
