February begins with one of the most delicious gastronomic celebrations of the year. Although there are many tamale festivals in Mexico City, none are like the 2026 Vegan Tamale Fair.
Get ready for a delicious weekend, because on January 31 and February 1, you can enjoy a wide variety of recipes made with vegan ingredients.
At the moment, the list of exhibitors has not been revealed; however, in previous editions, visitors have been able to enjoy preparations that celebrate this Mexican dish and, of course, a nice hot atole.
In addition to tamales and atoles, there is usually a bazaar with all kinds of vegan products. Previous editions have featured live music and many other surprises.
Where will the 2026 Vegan Tamale Fair be held?

This year, the event will be held on the esplanade of the Monumento a la Madre(Monument to Motherhood) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Admission is free.
