Don’t be caught off guard! Everything is more than ready for the November 20 parade in Mexico City. During the event, several streets will be closed and there will be modifications to public transportation. Take note.
On the occasion of the anniversary of the beginning of the Mexican Revolution, this Wednesday, November 20, there will be a military civic parade, which will begin at 10:00 in the Zócalo of the CDMX.
All about the November 20 parade in CDMX
According to information from El Financiero, the parade will start at the Zócalo and end at Campo Marte. It will pass through different streets such as Juarez Avenue, 5 de Mayo Avenue and Paseo de la Reforma.
Regarding public transportation, Metrobus will have service modifications between 4:30 am and 4:00 pm this Wednesday. Interruptions will be on the following lines:
- Metrobus Line 1.
Buenavista II, Reforma and Hamburgo stations will be closed from 11:00 to 14:00. The sections that will operate will go from Indios Verdes to Plaza de la República and from Insurgentes to El Caminero. If you use the Indios Verdes – Pueblo Santa Cruz Atoyac route, please note that there will be no service from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
- Metrobus Line 2
Between 9:00 and 14:00 the route Río Frío Cuauhtémoc will be cut. There will be no stops at Juárez and Balderas stations.
- Metrobus Line 3
Mina, Hidalgo, Juárez and Balderas stations will be closed between 9:00 and 14:00.
- Metrobus Line 4
The south route will not provide service between 4:30 am and 3:00 pm, while the north route will not provide service from Buenavista to Bellas Artes.
- Metrobus Line 7
Stations from Hidalgo to Campo Marte will be closed between 4:30 am and 3:00 pm.
