The fusion between oriental and Mexican cuisine is increasingly present in the restaurants of the city. And why not, if the menus are delicious and the recipes are super innovative. One of them (possibly favorite) is the birriamen, so here is a list of places in CDMX that leave all the flavor and talent submerged in the same broth. 🤤

In this restaurant you will find classic recipes, not only in a matter of noodles, but also in their rices, pastas and proteins. The b-side of the menu concentrates unusual (but always delicious) recipes such as suadero ramen. Of course the biarriamen is not missing; with beef, chorizo, golden corn and a succulent cheese crust. What a great combination!
