A lot of surprises await you during October’s Museum Night! Chapultepec Castle will welcome you with an opera concert about the Day of the Dead.
As you know, on the last Wednesday of every month the museums of our city close late. They also offer a special program. This October 29 is no exception, so get ready to enjoy a catwalk of catrinas, a pairing of pan de muerto with mezcal and much more.
Chapultepec Castle joins the list with the show El hombre que no respetó el Día de Muertos (The man who did not respect the Day of the Dead). It will be presented by soloists from the Compañía Nacional de Ópera Mexicana Canto del Alma.
The date is at 7:00 p.m. and seating is limited to 250 people. Please note that it is not necessary to register in advance, so we recommend you anticipate your arrival.

In addition to the Day of the Dead concert, there will be other activities at the Chapultepec Forest
The Night of Museums in this precinct will begin with guided tours at 5:00 pm and 5:15 pm. Please note that groups of 40 people will be formed.
At 6:00 p.m. there will be a talk entitled “Chapultepec: from urban park to archaeological zone” given by specialist Lourdes López Camacho. Space is limited to 100 people.
